Scholarship Radar runs this website to help Master's and PhD students find research funding. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and similar laws.
What we collect

We don't collect ID numbers, passport details, payment details or your location. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Founding-member details are used only to contact you about the service and to decide pricing, based on your consent. Problem reports are used to correct listings. We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Problem reports are kept for 24 months to track corrections.
Who processes it
Our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare and Supabase) store data on our behalf under their data-processing terms. Data may be stored outside your country; we use providers with standard contractual protections.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
